Another 2018 success for Pulse Associates, with our Derby Road, Nottingham mixed use development receiving planning permission.

Pulse Associates are providing Quantity Surveying services on the mixed-use development which involves the demolition of the existing property at number 100 – 104 Derby Road, and the construction of a sensitively designed building, which is proposed to accommodate a retail use at ground floor level, fronting Derby Road, along with the provision of 45 no. one bedroom studios, 2 x 2 bed apartments and 2 x 3 bed apartments (all for student accommodation) across the first to fifth floors. The flat roof will provide a communal terrace / garden for the use of residents.

Once again, Pulse Associates are delighted to be involved with such a predominant project in our home city, Nottingham.
